Welcome to the GCBA

The Gwinnett County Bar Association (GCBA) is a non-profit organization of attorneys, practicing in Gwinnett County.

GCBAThe Gwinnett County Bar Association is a nonprofit organization consisting of over 400 attorneys who practice in the Gwinnett County area. The fiscal year of the Bar Association is July 1 through June 30. The officers of this organization consist of a President, President-Elect, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary, and they assume office on July 1st of each year.

The Executive Committee is composed of the foregoing officers and the immediate past-presidents for the preceding three years.

The president is responsible for the appointment of the committees of this organization. The committees consist of the following, although there may certainly be additional committess created as the need arises: Membership, Bench and Bar, Law Day, Pro Bono, Sports, Continuing Legal Education, Community Outreach, Social, Telephone, Women in Law, and Speakers.
